Data deletion

You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This includes your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order history, and WhatsApp order-notification records linked to your account or orders.

How to request deletion

Email hello@craftedbharat.com from the email address on your account (or the email used at checkout) with the subject line Data deletion request. Include your full name and, if possible, your order number.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must retain records for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, completed order invoices).

WhatsApp messages

Order updates on WhatsApp are sent only for transactions you place with us. To stop future WhatsApp order messages, email us at hello@craftedbharat.com or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from Crafted Bharat. We will remove your phone number from future notification sends.
