Crafted Bharat (“we”, “us”) operates craftedbharat.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and your choices. We comply with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act where it applies.
When you shop or create an account, we collect only what we need to fulfill orders and support you: name, email, mobile number, and shipping address. Payment details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.
We do not sell your personal data.
If you provide a mobile number at checkout, we may send transactional WhatsApp messages about your order (for example: order confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, or a review request after delivery). These are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Data shared with Meta: your mobile number and message content required to deliver the notification (such as your first name, order number, and order status). We do not use WhatsApp for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Opt-out: WhatsApp messages are tied to orders you place with us. To stop future WhatsApp order updates, email hello@craftedbharat.com or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from Crafted Bharat.

We send order and account emails through Resend. You may receive occasional studio notes if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe anytime.
We use trusted processors to run our store: payment (Razorpay), email (Resend), shipping (Shiprocket), hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and WhatsApp messaging (Meta). They process data only to provide their service to us.
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, legal, and customer support purposes. You may request deletion of personal data where applicable — see our Data deletion page.
