Returns

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftedbharat.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Because many pieces are made in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless the item is unused and in original packaging — subject to approval.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
