Replacements

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, request a replacement from your order page within 7 days of delivery, or email hello@craftedbharat.com with photos.

We will send the same piece again. A courier may pick up the original item when the replacement is shipped.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
